How Is A Plan Different Than A Program?

At TrainWithMe, a plan is a template that sets your clients' payment terms. It's how you, the trainer, lay out the terms regarding payment amount and frequency, credit card requirements, and whether you want to offer a free trial or not.

Inviting A Current TrainWithMe Client To A Plan

If you want to invite a current TrainWithMe client to sign up for a new plan, you can do that in the app or on the web.

This will send an email to the client with a link to sign up for the plan, AND it will send a post to the client's TrainWithMe timeline.

Sharing A Plan Link With Anyone, Anywhere

Share a sign up link. Once you've copied the link to your clipboard, you'll be able to paste it into an email, a text message, a social media account, on a website...basically, anywhere you can think of!

Can I Train A Client Without A Subscription Plan?

Yes! Subscription plans are helpful if you want to schedule recurring payments, but we offer a robust payments feature that allows you to request one-time payments.

You can use this feature to bill clients for online training services, in-person training services, merchandise, phone or FaceTime consults...whatever you need to collect payments for, you can use our payments system for.

How Can Clients Cancel A Plan?

Clients can visit our website at www.trainwithmeapp.com and log in to their dashboard. When they log in, on their profile page, they'll be able to see a list of all subscriptions and cancel anything they choose.

As the trainer, you can also offer full or partial refunds if necessary from the web portal or the trainer app.
