You can see your recent payments and client payment history in the web portal. Want to see what that looks like? Press play!

When you log into the web portal and review your payments, there will be a Refund option available with each transaction.

To refund a client, click refund and follow the prompts.

Yes! You can offer partial refunds in the app and on the web portal.

When you hit the refund button, as a default, the full amount of the client payment will be the refund amount. You can edit this to offer a partial refund.
