Important Note: Our web portal navigation has changed since this video was recorded, so click on your profile picture icon (the second icon from the bottom) to set up your bank account for payments.

Setting Up Your Payment Processing In The App

The first time you open the payments tab in the app, you'll see a prompt to set up a Stripe account if you haven't already done that.

It only takes a minute. Really. About 60 seconds. And once you've set that up, you'll have access to all the information you need to review your payments.

Want some tips on what information you may need to set up Stripe? Be prepared with:

(-) The basics. Your name, address, phone number, and the last four digits of your social security number.

(-) Your website. If you don't have one, you can use www.trainwithmeapp.com, or better yet, you can build your own free website in our web portal.

(-) Your bank account number and bank routing number, so Stripe can deposit client payments into your bank account. Stripe calls these payouts.

(-) If you're registering as a company instead of an individual, you'll need a company tax ID number.

Receiving Your First Bank Account Payout

Your first Stripe payout (the actual deposit to your bank account) can take 7-14 days after you process your first live payment. This is because Stripe needs a little extra time to establish your account the first time you use it.

That's why it's a good idea to process a test payment as soon as your Stripe account is verified. And we're here to help! Keep reading for more on that.

What Happens After My First Bank Account Payout?

As a general guideline, after you receive your first payout, subsequent payouts should take about two days.

Keep in mind that this could very depending on your bank, and the day of the week a payment is processed.

Most importantly, the service is secure and dependable. You'll feel comfortable with your flow once you begin processing regular payments.
