Each day, record your push-ups through our state-of-the-art tracking system. But that's not all! Uplift and get uplifted through our unique social feature—video sharing. Record your daily progress and watch your strength and endurance increase easily and enjoyably.

You're not just counting reps—you're building a support network and contributing to a personal ripple effect of fitness motivation. You might even make some new friends sharing your journey. So what does this cost? Possibly nothing.

You'll set a goal for yourself, and as long as you do that many push-ups each day, there's no cost. In the future we plan to charge an initial sign-up fee of $19. By being part of this initial test, you will not be charged!

After that, as an incentive to do your target push-ups each day, whenever you miss a day (highly unlikely!) your credit card will be charged $5 - less than a Starbucks cup of coffee!

At the end of the month, it will be decided where the combined incentive fees will be donated.

Our experience has shown that this approach is ample motivation for people to do their push-ups every day and enjoy doing them! So far, our test group over the past three months has averaged only half a day missed per month. (Some people missed a day or two, most didn't miss a single day over an entire month!)
