From Western Mass to Boston, Employee to Owner/TEAMMATE

I started training back in 2015. I lived in the small town of Hadley, MA teaching small group fitness classes and 1-1 training. Some would say I was a natural... I walked in every day with a smile on my face, ready to create programming, teach, build relationships, shape negative mindsets to ones more positive and long lasting, drive results... even clean toilets and showers!

After I moved out from my hometown I felt like I was ready to take a risk and build my own brand and community. It wasn't easy building that foundation from the ground up, but I learned more than I ever have. And now I'm here, standing tall and am surrounded by FAMILY every day, not just clients.

I struggled with my body image... More than I ever wanted to admit and share with the world. But I challenged myself to speak up with hopes of showing my friends, family and clients that no one's journey is an easy one... it's ongoing, especially when you start from a place where you're valuing the opinions of others more than your own & feeding yourself unhealthy habits.

- I am the youngest of 6 kids
- I am a HUGE goof ball
- I have the biggest sweet tooth. Chocolate, sugary cereal and ice cream may be the death of me!
- I am a trained commercial actress and fitness model
- I am learning Brazilian Portuguese
- One day I jumped into teach a group exercise class when the instructor didn't show up. Teaching that 45 minute class made me realize that I really wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry
