You're just one step away from scheduling your free assessment that outlines the steps you need to take to alleviate pain so you can get back to life.

What To Expect

We'll meet on Zoom, at the time you select using my scheduling link.

You'll perform a few simple exercises so I can assess your movement patterns.

I'll take screenshots to identify your strengths and weaknesses, including faulty movement patterns and possible issues you have with flexibility, balance, stability, and mobility. 
I'll share your results. If I identify imbalances and weaknesses, I'll use the screenshots I take during your assessment to create personalized line drawings that do two very important things: help me customize your most effective personal training plan, and give you visual insight to help you understand your starting point.

I'll suggest your ideal training plan. It's the roadmap that will help you build a strong foundation that will alleviate any existing aches and pains, strengthen your body, and minimize your risk of injuries.

How To Prepare

  1. Schedule your assessment. Just click the link that says "Schedule My Free Assessment," choose a date and time that works for you, and mark your calendar.
  2. Check Your Email. Once you've selected a date and time, I'll send an email confirmation with a Zoom link. Make sure to save this email. If you don't see my confirmation email, make sure to check your junk or spam folder.
  3. Log Into Your Session. When it's time for our assessment, click the Zoom link I sent in the email confirmation. I'll start the session at the schedule time, so if you're a little early, I'll be there shortly!
