First Things First: Let's Build Some Workouts!

If you want to build a workout program, you must have...workouts!

You can create workouts in two places: in the TWM Pro app and in the Programs section of the web portal. Keep scrolling for demos of both options!

If you already have workouts built, you get a pass! Move on to the post about creating your first program.

Building Workouts In The TWM Pro App

If you don't have workouts ready, we've got you covered. Building workouts in the app is super quick and super easy.

Building Workouts In The Web Portal

To build a workout in the web portal, you'll need to open the programs tab in the left navigation, and then open a new or existing program to create a new workout for your workout library. We've got a demo here, so click play for all the details!

Can I Combine Workouts, Messaging, And Content?

Absolutely! You have complete flexibility.

The best approach for you depends on your content and your audience, so think about it from that perspective and do what's best for you.

Don't be afraid to think outside the box!

Creating Your First Program

Starting from scratch? That's ok! I've got a tutorial where we'll build a program from brand new account that has a few workouts, but no programs yet. Tune in for more!

What Is Intro Content?

Intro content is workout, content, and messaging that your clients will see before they see the Day 1 content in your program. It's a great place to introduce yourself and tell your clients a little bit about what they can expect from your program.

Intro content is optional, so you can add it if it works for you, but you don't have to add it if you don't feel like you need it.

How To Add Content & Messages To Your Programs

Hint: It's all in the + button! And since adding content to your programs makes them more valuable to clients, you're going to want to learn all about this.

Why Add Content & Messages To Your Programs?

Messages help you connect with your clients and build more personal relationships. They also add value so your services are worth more.

And the good thing about that? These kinds of relationships, combined with that extra value, helps drive accountability and client success.

Since our clients' wins are out wins too, this is a no-brainer. Listen in for some ideas!
