Maintain Motivation. Be Consistent.

When it comes to your fitness routine, consistency is very important. And it's one of the primary reasons why our clients value paying for trainer support.

We've got some tips to help maintain consistency, so if this is one of the challenges you're working on, keep reading!

Talk to Your Trainer!

What sets apart the most successful clients? They tend to talk to their trainers. A lot.

So if you want to be consistent with your fitness routine, it's important to keep an open dialogue. Our audio messages are very easy (you won't miss clumsy typing on a phone keyboard!) and super-personal since you can actually hear one another.

Provide Feedback

At the end of each workout, you'll be prompted to provide feedback.

It may be tempting to skip this step, but you shouldn't. Why? Because the more feedback you provide, the more your trainer can customize your workouts so they're perfect for YOU.

Bottom line: the more feedback you'll provide, the more you like your workouts, and the more consistent you'll be.

Keep Beating Your Streak!

The longest client streak on record is 645 days of consistent workouts. We challenge you to BEAT THAT!

Here's some information you'll want to know about streaks.

How Are Streaks Calculated?

You earn a streak for each workout you complete.

Workouts completed on the TrainWithMe mobile app or on your TrainWithMe Apple Watch count towards your streak, and workouts you track using our Track Cardio feature also count towards streaks.

Can I Get a Streak Grace Day?

We know that life gets busy, and sometimes you desperately want to maintain your streak even if you can't get to your workout. And we support that!

So to put your mind at ease, we offer a grace day if you miss an occasional workout. But be mindful about using that grace day, because if you miss more than a day, you'll lose your streak.
