✅ And, you'll watch yourself improve and feel better

✅ And, if you miss a day, your money is going to a great charity

✅ Join our challenge - it's fun for the whole family

✅ You'll feel great that you did within a week!

How does the challenge work?

  • We have a scoreboard to track points earned from doing push-ups,  squats, wrist-to-wrist sit-ups or pull-ups
  • It does not matter how many reps you can do; a personalized daily goal is set when you join.
  • All that matters is consistency, effort, and improvement!
  • We celebrate the winners each week.
  • Anyone can win! You'll be surprised...

Reasons why the exercises in our challenge are so good for you

  • Push-ups are a classic bodyweight exercise that targets the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core muscles. They enhance upper body strength, promote good posture, and can be adapted to various fitness levels.
  • Squats engage the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and core. They strengthen muscles, improve functional fitness, and contribute to better joint health when performed with proper form.
  • Wrist-to-wrist sit-ups are excellent for strengthening all core muscles while enhancing upper and lower back mobility, as well as hip flexibility. Three major benefits wrapped up into one exercise!
  • Pull-ups build upper body strength and enhance grip strength and improve overall muscle tone. Pull-ups can improve posture by strengthening the muscles of the back and shoulders, which helps counteract the negative effects of prolonged sitting and poor posture.

Are modified push-ups acceptable?

Absolutely!

Some people do push-ups on their knees or in other modified ways. All that matters is effort, consistency, and improvement.
